Yummy Buffalo Chicken Wing

Wash and dry the chicken wings(dry with paper towels)

For the flour mix you will need 
2 cups of Fluor, 3 tbs of paprika powder 
3 tbs of salt, 2 tbs of pepper, 3 tbs of garlic powder mix it all together.

Put chicken wing in the flour mixture cover the chicken in it the shake them to remover any excess of flour place chicken wing in a plate and put it in the fridge for around 1-2 hours

Them fry them for about 15 to 17 minutes.

For the buffalo sauce around 4-5 tbs of butter 2-3 cups of devil hot sauce 2 tbs of garlic powder 1 tbs of salt 1 tbs of pepper 2 tbs of paprika powder if you like then really hot add cayenne pepper

Put the wings in a bowl put sauce all over the wing and mix it well so each wing get the sauce all over.
