Zucchini Chips

Cut zucchini into thin slices. Mix together 1 tbsp olive oil, sea salt and pepper, toss zucchini in mixture. Sprinkle on paprika and bake at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Use paprika not only to flavor this healthy snack, but to boost metabolism, reduce appetite and lower blood pressure.
