1. Get a large bowl and a large pan. Break the chocolate into small pieces and put in the bowl with the golden syrup and a quarter of the cream. Put the pan with warm water in over the hob on the lowest heat and put the bowl in the pan.
2. This should take about 15- 20minutes. while the chocolate is melting get a cake tin and line the sides and bottom with parchment paper. once this is done mix the rest of the cream with the cinnamon and coffee granules.
3. when the chocolate has melted wait for it to cool down so that it is barely warm. then pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the cream, cinnamon and coffee and mix in a figure of eight. once mixed pour it into your cake tin and leave to set in the fridge overnight if possible.
finally enjoy! 250g dark chocolate 568g carton double cream 4 tsp coffee granules 2tbsp golden syrup 1tbsp cinnamon cocoa powder to dust with if you dont like coffee then only add 1 or 2 teaspoons so that the taste of coffee is not strong.
