(+) 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin(+) 1.5 - 2 tbsp milk [any kind!]
Only two ingredients! What? Your pores are going to love you. well, + me 😁

(2) Add 1-2 tbsp milk into gelatin (3) Until it looks like this (see photo 3) (4) Mix it up - you'll want to be rather quick about it - until you get a chunky consistency. NOTE | Add more milk if you’re uncomfortable with the amount of chunk.
Microwave gelatin for 10-15 seconds. It will get creamier in microwave. Stir mixture + start applying IMMEDIATELY to your face. This stuff hardens up fast so you’ve got to act fast.

Let sit for 15 minutes or so.
Start peeling it off!
That's it.

INGREDIENTS |
(+) 1 tbsp room temperature COCONUT OIL
(+) 2 tbsp finely ground PINK HIMALAYAN SALT or SEA SALT
(+) 3-4 drops ROSE ESSENTIAL OIL
INSTRUCTIONS | Simply whisk these 3 ingredients together with a fork for a ready-to-use scrub! Use on hands, feet, arms, + legs. Store leftovers in an airtight container.

- INGREDIENTS |
- (+) 1 cup warm water (spraying)
- (+) 1 tbsp sea salt (texturizing)
- (+) 1-2 tsp olive oil, argan oil or coconut oil* (moisturizing)
- (+) 4-5 drops essential oil (for smelling yummy — use your favorite or a mixture)
- (+) Spray bottle
A few other optional modifications:
- DRY HAIR | If your hair is dry + you’d like a little extra moisture, add in an extra teaspoon or 2 of the oil.
- OILY HAIR | If your hair is too oily, then I’d go light on the oil + just use 1 teaspoon.
- CURLY OR STYLED HAIR | If you want to really "set" or hold a style in place, you can add in a teaspoon or 2 of hair gel (I’ll sometimes just use a bit of regular hair spray after styling my hair).

- (+) 2 tbsp coconut oil
- (+) 1-2 tsp shea butter
- (+) ½ tsp beeswax pellets (optional, see note)
- (+) 1 tbsp freeze-dried cranberry powder
- (+) ½ tsp beetroot powder
NOTE | Beeswax is optional. It will give the gloss a firmer texture, more like a balm. The gloss melts easily on the skin; only a small amount is needed. For a darker shade, add more beetroot powder. For a different shade, mica powder could also be added.

INSTRUCTIONS | (1) In a pint-sized pump bottle, add castile soap, vegetable glycerin, essential oils + aloe vera juice.(2) Replace lid securely + shake vigorously for a few seconds. (3) Use as needed.

(+) ¼ (heaping) cup citric acid
(+) 10 spritz of water
(+) 10 drops peppermint essential oil
(+) 10 drops spearmint or wintergreen essential oil
(+) 5 drops lavender essential oil
(+) 15 drops rosemary essential oil
(+) 11 drops eucalyptus essential oil

If the lip gloss is waxy, you still have some work to do. If you feel wax on your lips, add more coconut oil 1 tablespoon at a time until completely melted. Test, mix, add, test.

(+) ½ cup organic coconut oil
(+) 6-8 vitamin e capsules
(+) Frankincense essential oil (+) Rose essential oil (optional)

Pour mixture into a small glass container + put it in refrigerator for about 1hr or until the liquid returns to solid form. After it turns to a solid, there is no need to keep it refrigerated. The oils will not become rancid. Use a small amount at nighttime, under your eyes + prepare to look refreshed! You can also use before applying makeup. Just give it 10 mins to soak into your skin before applying makeup.

(+) 2 cups coffee grounds (+) 1 cup of coconut oil (+) 15 drops of essential oil(+) muffin tray or ice cube tray- as a mold

- ½ Cup Oatmeal
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- Shaker (Purchased mine from dollar tree in pack of 2)
Pour your cup of oatmeal into a blender + pulse a few times to get a powder consistency. Now in a small mixing bowl pour in your oatmeal + your corn starch + stir the ingredients together. Spoon your dry shampoo into a shaker container + you’re ready to go.
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- ½ Cup Cocoa Powder
- Shaker
In a small mixing bowl all in your cocoa powder + your corn starch + mix both the ingredients together. Once blended well spoon the dry shampoo into your shaker container + it’s ready to use.
To apply the dry shampoo in either color just sprinkle a bit of the dry shampoo on your roots + rub in with your fingers. The powder will absorb into your roots soaking up the excess oil sitting on your head. Plus I love the hint of the cocoa powder on my roots – makes me feel so refreshed!
You can also use a make up brush to help get the powder into your roots without getting your hand messy. This really is a fool proof way to use dry shampoo without paying a fortune.

(+) Epsom salt
(+) Cool Mint Listerine
(+) A pretty little jar
Simply combine:
2 cups of epsom salt and1/4 cup of ListerineEpsom salt reduces stress, relaxes the body + helps you gain energy. Plus, epsom salt will exfoliate dead skin + helps remove foot odor. Not that your feet stink! Mine don’t either!
The Listerine will kill germs, leave a fresh scent on your skin + leave your toes feeling tingly clean. Trust me, it’s addicting…
