healthy dinner option that still tastes amazing!

This is a healthy balanced meal. seasoned chicken, brocolli, seeds and peanut butter.

Next you have green tea! this should.be drank in the morning and just before bed to release toxics and speed up your metabolism.
Then a good breakfast:
avacardo, hard boiled egg on ryveta crackers.
these are the crackers i use.
