healthy wraps recipe (DELICIOUS breakfast)

3 tbls unsweetened apple sauce
2 eggs
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup whole wheat flour

stir together the almond milk & the eggs

add the apple sauce &the water

and finaly the flour
