I myself struggle daily with sleep, but find this simple and relaxing making natural sleep easier.

You need an oil burner and 3 essential oils.  1. Roman chamomile.  2. Cleary sage and 3. Bergamot
You need an oil burner and 3 essential oils. 1. Roman chamomile. 2. Cleary sage and 3. Bergamot
Simply add these together on your oil burner, light and relax. Focus on the smells and you will soon feel drowsy. The second you begin to tire, bed down waiting longer only makes sleep harder to achieve.... Good luck!
