simple way to grow long, shiny hair fast

what you'll need: a brush Olive oil (coconut works well also) honey shampoo

brush hair well to release natural oils and detangle

mix together oil and honey and apply to hair starting at roots, working down to ends.

lie down with head upside down for four minutes. once done, leave mixture in hair for two hours, then shampoo and rinse.

do this every day for a week and you'll see growth from 1-4 inches, depending on how fast your hair normally grows. take a week in between using this method as it can hinder growth to use it continuously.
