i did not take pictures all the way through because naturally it was messy. you will need: plain flour, 225g butter 110g sugar 80g 1 large egg chocolate spread/nutella peanut butter.. (or just jam if you prefer) utensils: bowl rolling pin shape cutters, i used hearts because im a softy :p
first , mix your butter and flour with your hands. crumb together. then add your sugar and mix that in. add your one egg and a small drop of milk is optional if you like. also vanilla extract whatever you please is optional to add extra flavour
flour the surface and your hands then roll your dough out
cut your hearts, or shapes out. ensure you have an even number of bottoms and lids. then place a very small amount of your middle ingredient in the middle of a shape and put a second shape (the lid) on top.

squash the edges slightly with your fingers to make it into one cake instead of two shapes. do not push the middle because your inside will ooze out and make a mess. seal all the edges and that is that !
grease a baking tray, pop them on and bake for fifteen minutes roughly on gas mark 5 just keep checking them :) this tip took me a very long time haha! please be sure to like and share! thank you guys! keep tipping!!
