eNurse is an automated check-up program on the Musely app designed to guide you during the first 60 days of your treatment. Throughout check-ups, you will be asked a series of questions and eNurse will provide you with the following based on your answers:
- What to expect in each phase of the treatment
- Tips on managing side effects
- Suggestions for maximizing results
- Records of your progress
Completion of eNurse check-ups for applicable treatments will allow you to qualify for Musely's 60-Day Result Guarantee.
60-Day Consultation Period
With every prescription treatment, you also receive a complimentary 60-Day Consultation Period with your designated doctor. This means you can consult them for further 1:1 personalized advice throughout treatment, and message them about the following:
- Medical Questions
- Medication Instructions
- Progress/Results
- Side Effects
If your 60-Day Consultation Period has expired, you can extend for another 60 days for a $10 fee by clicking “Extend Consultation” or you can claim your One-Time FREE 5-Day Consultation Pass by clicking “I have an urgent question”.
