Want that sexy beach body? Aside from exercising and having a healthy diet here's what you have to know 👍

What's a sexy beach body without toned legs? Instead of using the elevator or escalator, use the stairs! (Also, if you don't have time for the gym) PLUS this is also a great butt workout!! 💪

For a flat stomach, drink LOADS of water. (This is my favorite) make it a habit to drink at least 2 glasses of water after each meal, because you just tend to forget to drink water for the rest of the day. -this really works!

DON'T eat too fast. Not chewing your food properly and eating quickly can cause air swallowing and that leads to bloating. -same with overdoing gums.

When working out, do your ab workouts LAST.

Eat smaller meals! Eat 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones. -it will make your metabolism stay at a higher rate throughout the day.

Eat soup! We eat soup slowly, it's filling, and it's low on calories. (If we eat food slowly, our appetite is being satisfied even if you're just eating a small amount of food)
Make these small things a daily habit and live healthy! Stop following those unhealthy fad diets and just follow these to be sure that you are healthy whilst being sexy. I hope this helped!! Thank you!! 💗
