The first thing to remember that it's better to be health, rather than skinny. For a glow and radiate look, make sure to workout and eat healthy, you'll look your best.

Make sure you always have something to listen to. If you keep a rhythm in your head or have one to workout to, you will focus more on that. Try talking, or singing, it has something to do with the flow to oxygen.

Carbs at night, protein in the morning. Work out after your food had time to settle. Eat healthy, but don't forget that it is okay to eat junk food sometimes; ice cream is great and you need to treat yourself. Good luck, and remember stay healthy and you're beautiful.
