Eating clean is such a great thing for your body, the benefits are endless! You can maintain a healthy weight and stabilize you blood sugar, heart rate and cholesterol!

Eating clean is a simple concept: only eat natural foods! This means eating a ton of fresh vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.

This also means you must avoid all processed foods! This includes chips, candy, soda, canned goods and anything coming from a box or bag.

Knowing clean food from processed food is simple. All natural fruits and vegetables are clean. Foods marked "healthy" may not always mean clean. This includes granola bars, protein shakes and canned soups.

With practice and patience, eating clean will become easier and apart of your daily life! The benefits are countless, and remember, you can do it! 💪
