"Simple Things For Losing Weight"

Other drinks that help lose weight are green tea (boosts metabolism), water (I have a whole separate tip about water please see it^.^), water with lemon (great in the morning to refreshen you), and vegetable juice (gives you nutrients and fiber and also helps keep you full longer).
This is obvious but cutting down on sugary, oily, junk food is a must. Eating it once in a whole is fine but we all know we do it practically everyday. We all need snacks in the middle of meals but that doesn't mean snacks should be unhealthy. Swap your snacks to vegetables or fruits.

Exercise minimum of three times a week of 25 minutes. Simple exercises to do art to run, jog, sit ups, push ups, squats, lunges, etc. These are exercises that won't take much of your time and if your dedicated to it you'll have a more for body. And for motivation, listen to music while you exercise.

Cliche as it sounds a positive attitude can also help lose weight. So always keep a mantra such as "I can lose weight" or "I believe I will get my dream body" to keep you going! ^.^
