4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies!!

I made these delicious cookies with four ingredients and they taste absolutely delicious! They were a complete success!

First you will need your ingredients. 
1 Large Egg

1 Cup of Granulated Sugar

1 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
Once you see that you have all of the ingredients needed, Pre-heat your oven to 350°F.

Put all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix together until it looks like a creamy kind of dough.

Get a cookie pan ready and grease it or put Parchment Paper on it. (If you use Parchment Paper you don't have to wash the pan!)

Take some dough and make sure that it is about the size of your pointer finger to the middle of your thumb. (Shown above) I could fit 12 on the tray.

Then use a fork to make criss cross shape. (Optional)

Once oven is at 350°F, put tray in oven using oven mitts. Keep cookies in oven for 10 minutes. When you take them out the SHOULD be somewhat goey near the middle of them. That is normal. Let them cool and then eat them up!

This is how I let them cool. By taking the Parchment Paper off the pan and starting the next batch. I was able to make 24 cookies that were quickly gobbled up!
