Hello lovely people 👋
I'm super excited because I'm in England today and it's the hottest day of the year and it's like 35°C in London!
Which basically means that SUMMER HAS COME ☀️🙌
But if you still feel like you're not beach ready - DO NOT WORRY.
Just do this workout for 10 days and you'll soon see a difference.

Okay so this is a 10 day work out which is designed in a way which means you can do it at home, but if you have a gym nearby then obviously you can do it there. Just saying.

Obviously you can repeat the challenge if you like, up to you!
