Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
Beef chunks for stews
Mushrooms
Carrots
Celery
Onion
1 can Mushroom soup
1 can Beef broth
1 cup Sour cream
Brown the beef chunks in a pan with olive oil and butter.
Take out and set aside once done.
Cut up mushrooms, carrots, celery, and onion.
I just put in how much I wanted (about 10 mushrooms, 4 carrots, 5 pieces or celery, and one large onion)
Put in pan that beef chunks were in and cook until onions are tender.
Mix beef chunks back into vegetable mixture.
Add mushroom soup and beef broth.
Cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Add sour cream right at the end.
Enjoy over egg noodles or any other pasta.
