eat oatmeal for breakfast every morning with a side of egg whites. the egg yoke is too faty and make sure you buy sugar free oatmeal

for a snack in between meals drink a protien shake and eat an apple. make sure u drink regular protien because whey protien or muscle milk make you gain weight.

for lunch eat a chicken salad or tukey salad with balsamic vinager because ranch and other dressing are very fatining.

for dinner eat chicken and asparagus or broccoli. instead of using salt use ms.s dash seasonings its a lot healthier

make sure you excersize an hour every other day. 30% excersize 70% diet.
