Salted Chocolate Frozen Banana Bites- 97 calories
Cut the bananas into your desired size of bites. Place on a foil- or parchment-covered baking sheet. Then poke them with the cocktail forks. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
Remove and dip each banana in chocolate magic shell until covered. Sprinkle with sea salt and place back on cold baking sheet until dried. Serve immediately or re-freeze.

Strawberry Banana Popsicles- 135 calories
Only 3 ingredients are necessary: strawberries, a frozen banana, and fruit juice (I like pinapple and orange juice the best). Just blend, pour into popsicle trays, and freeze. So simple and so satisfying!

Skinny Cookies and Cream Popsicles- 111 calories
Combine 4oz fat free cream cheese(softened), 4oz fat free greek yogurt, 1/4 cup fat free milk and 2 tbsp powdered sugar together in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the 6 crushed crushed cookie sandwhiches.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold of your choice.
Place in the freezer until set and frozen.

Chocolate Drizzled Frozen Fruit Skewers- 69 calories
Thread alternating fruit of your choice on skewers and place them on parchment-covered paper. Melt semi sweet chocolate and drizzle over the skewers. Freeze for 2 hours and serve!

Frozen Yogurt Covered Strawberries- 38 calories
Dip each strawberry in yogurt (you may need to use a spoon to help you cover)
Place on a cookie sheet and place into the freezer for 1-2 hours or until frozen solid
Remove and place into a storage container
Enjoy!

Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Bites- 20 calories
Blend 1 medium Jazz apple (any kind is fine), 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tablespoon honey, 1 tsp. cinnamon in a blender until apple is chopped up. Once blended, pour into trays, freeze an hour or more. Pop and and put in a sealed bag or container in freezer.
Makes about 45 frozen cubes.

Frozen Yogurt Bark- 69 calories
Mix 450g greek yogurt and 2tbsp honey together until well combined. Add 1tbsp cranberries and 1tbsp raisins and stir again.
Line a baking tray with foil and pour the yogurt mixture on top. Spread it depending on how thick or thin you want your bark to be.
Sprinkle 5 chopped strawberries, 1tbsp chocolate chips and 1tbsp desiccated coconut on top and place in the freezer for 1 hour or until it is completely frozen.
Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. The bark can be stored in the freezer in food bags

Chocolate Dipped Frozen Bananas- 69 calories
Similar to the salted chocolate frozen banana bites, you freeze the bananas, dip them in chocolate and sprinkle nuts, sprinkles or drizzle white chocolate over them.
