Bliss Ball : Protein + No Sugar + Delicious = Great Treat
110g almond or macadamia (if allergic : sunflower seed or pepitas) (or both) 110 g Dates 40 g coconut oil, organic if possible 30 g cacao powder (or cocoa), organic if possible 30 g coconut desiccated (optional) 1 table spoon of chia seed Put everything in a powerful mixer and enjoy this great and healthy treats
