Blueberry White Chocolate Mug Cake
INGREDIENTS 1/3 cup Original Bisquick™ mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon milk 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg 1/4 cup fresh blueberries 1/4 cup white vanilla baking chips Fresh whipped cream, if desired
DIRECTIONS In medium bowl, beat Bisquick mix, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and egg until just a few small lumps remain. Divide batter evenly into 2 ungreased mugs. Top each mug with blueberries and chips (do not stir).
Microwave both mugs at the same time uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until cakes are done and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly; top with whipped cream and more blueberries just before serving, if desired.
