Caramel Apple Dip

Caramel Apple Dip
Ingredients: 1 cup cream cheese (regular or light) 1 cup greek yogurt (regular or light) caramel ice cream topping Skor bits, Heath Bits or other small english toffee pieces Apples, your favorite variety (I prefer green for this, only time I like green apples is with caramel dip) Lemon juice
Instructions: Mix cream cheese and greek yogurt until completely combined. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture in a small bowl. Cover with caramel sauce and a sprinkle of english toffee bits. Repeat layers using the remaining ingredients. (You probably won't use all of the caramel sauce, it'd be wayyy too sweet). Slice apples and toss with a touch of lemon juice to prevent browning. Serve the dip with apple slices. (Duh) BONUS TIP: If I'm bringing apple slices to work or school I put lemon juice on them in the Baggie and they stay nice and fresh all morning no need for fridge.
