Cheap Natural Toner!!!

Find this brand of Apple cider vinegar in your local health food stores! A small bottle like this goes a long way, and only costs between $5-$7! You can find them on Ebay & Amazon as well.

Go to the dollar store and buy a vinegar dispenser.
Shake well and fill the dispenser half way with apple cider vinegar, and the rest with water.

Remember to always shake well before using. Apply the vinegar with cotton balls or cotton pads.

**do not be mistaken and get this kind** make sure you get BRAGGS!
