I literally just made this. Still too hot to eat! You need: 6 large potatoes 1 small onion Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste Cheddar cheese Bacon bits (I use Oscar Mayer)

Boil potatoes and onion til tender. Drain most of the water. Add all ingredient (except cheese & bacon) add a dash of milk. Cook until cream cheese mets completely. Garnish with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
