Comfort Breakfast Bake!!

Ingredients:
• 5 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 16 oz refrigerated breakfast biscuits 
(Pillsbury flakey kind can be used)
• 4 scallions (green onions, spring onions)
• 1 cup of shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
• cooked centre cut bacon, cooked sausage
• 11X17 pan, sprayed with cooking spray

1. Mix your eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cut each biscuit, (scissors) into fours and add to the bowl. I like to do this before I cook the bacon or cut up the scallions- give the biscuits some time to really soak in the eggs.

2. Cut up your scallions, shred your cheese, and cook and break up your bacon or sausage. Add it all to the bowl. 
• pre-shredded cheese is coated with something to keep it from clumping but if you shred it yourself, it will melt better.

3. Mix it all and pour into the pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. (Make sure your end result isn't runny)
