You will need: 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken Campbell's soup Celery Red onion Garlic Rice
Start by setting a pot of water to cook your rice. REMEMBER: 2 cups water = 1 cup of rice! So, 6 cups water for 3 cups rice, which is the perfect amount for this recipe.
While the rice cooks (this should take about 30-40 minutes), chop your uncooked chicken into cubes and place in hot pan with a bit of olive oil.

To quickly peel your garlic, place the blade of your knife over the clove as shown and smash your hand down. This will crack the clove in half, making it easier to peel! Finely chop your garlic and stir it evenly into the chicken pan.
