Easy Peasy Chicken And Rice Dinner

You will need:
1 pkg of boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 bottle of Catalina dressing
1 pkg of Lipton onion soup mix
1 small can of whole cranberry sauce
Jasmine rice
1. Trim excess fat off of chicken thighs
2. Mix soup mix, Catalina dressing, and cranberries together.
3. Put chicken in medium casserole dish and cover with mixture.
4. Bake in oven 375 degrees covered with foil for first 30 mins. Remove foil and cook for remaining 30 mins.
Serve this amazing chicken over jasmine rice (add some soy sauce if desired) and you have a beyond flavorful dinner!
Great with string beans broccoli or peppers as side dishes :)
