Buh-bye knives, plates & pesky wrappers

Use mini cupcake tins to hold your cones

Box or scratch ... Your choice. Try your favorite protein powder. It may surprise you :o)

Fill about 2 tablespoons full. Too much will overflow the cupcakes.

Bake on 325 for 20-25 minutes. Use a knife or a toothpick to check the middle.

Add frosting and decorations.

Chill them in the fridge a bit to make the frosting a bit firm like ice cream.

Serve ... I piped in a bit of the frosting in the middle with a restaurant style ketchup dispenser for an added surprise.
