First, I start off with a simple honey, lemon, and baking soda mask. After you've totally washed your face (with warm water, to open up pores) mix these three ingredients together. I keep the mixture in an empty pill container (like a Tylenol bottle) so they don't dry out and don't get thrown out. Apply to your face once it becomes a slightly watery paste, and leave on for a minimum of 20 minutes.

I always make sure I'm TOTALLY clean on these days - that included nail polish. So, take it all off! (Don't worry, you'll fix them up later).

Soft feet are a must, but not everyone can avoid getting hard feet when they're on the job. So, today, we're going to get them back to where they were. Grab a bottle of lotion, two plastic bags, and some fuzzy socks! Slather lotion all over your feet, really, all over, and then cover each one with a plastic bag. Then put on your fuzzy socks. In about an hour, your feet will be much softer! Now, this can make it harder to move around, so maybe sit back and do the next few while on the couch, watching your favorite movie or show.

Now it's time to paint those nails again! Having a fresh paint always make me feel better. There are plenty of tips on here about different designs, although I tend to keep mine simple. Have fun with it!

Next, another mask. Banana masks make your skin feel softer, and look brighter and healthier in twenty minutes. So, mash up a ripe banana, and apply to the face. Leave on for twenty minutes, and wash off with cold water.

Now, let's paint our toe nails! Same goes for this one - I keep it simple with solid colors and maybe some polka dots, etc, but do whatever makes you feel good, and have fun with it!

Believe it or not, beer is a great hair conditioner. So, grab a cold one, hop in the shower, and pour it all over your hair. Throw on a shower cap, and wait. In the meantime, I recommend exfoliating and maybe sitting in a hot bubble bath.

Lastly, take a hot shower, and wash out your beer conditioner. Make sure to shampoo and rinse well, and then leave your conditioner in for a couple of minutes for extra shine. While that's in, grab some baby oil and cover your leg with it. Shave. Repeat for other leg. Using baby oil instead of shaving cream leaves you with smooth soft legs! When you step out of the shower, rub some more baby oil in all over, just to really soften up.
If you liked it, like it! Have a great spa day! ❤️
