1 Teaspoon almond butter
1 Teaspoon honey
1 cup water
A pinch of salt
Pomegranate Berry
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 medium banana
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup water
Banana peanut
1 ounce banana
2 Tbs natural creamy peanut butter
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 Tbs honey

1/2 cup milk
5 ice cubes
1 Tbs sugar
Blueberry and orange yogurt π
3-4 ice cubes
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
3/4 cup chilled unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup frozen cherries
1 1/2 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Strawberry kiwi
1 1/4 cup cold apple juice
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
5 frozen strawberries
1 1/2 teaspoon honey
Watermelon π
2 cups chopped watermelon
1/4 cup fat free milk
2 cups ice cubes
