Monday Breakfast 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbsp granola 1/2 cup fresh blueberries Lunch 1 cup salad w/ 2 tbsp dressing 2 hard boiled eggs 1 apple Supper 4 oz salmon 1 cup quinoa 1/2 cup steamed carrots Snacks/Dessert *optional 1/2 cup reduced fat frozen yogurt 7 almonds 1 banana
Tuesday Breakfast 1 cup oatmeal 1/2 banana Lunch 1 oz cheese 1 cup vegetable stir-fry 1 orange Supper 4 oz chicken breast 1/2 baked potato 1/2 cup steamed green beans Snacks/Desert *optional 1 apple w/ 2 tbsp low fat yogurt dip 1 tbsp peanut butter 2 stalks raw celery
Wednesday Breakfast 1 fruit smoothie 1 tbsp peanut butter Lunch 1 whole wheat wrap 3 oz canned tuna (w/ mayo, veggies, ect.) 1/2 cup cherries Supper 1 sausage 1 cup spaghetti squash 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes Snacks/Desert *optional 5 strawberries dipped in dark chocolate 4 whole wheat crackers 1 peach
Thursday Breakfast 2 fried eggs 1/2 cup fresh cherries Lunch 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 potato 10 baby carrots w/ 2 tbsp hummus Supper 4 oz lean burger patty 1 cup salad w/ light dressing Snacks/Dessert *optional 1 cup frozen grapes 1/2 avocado 1 plum
Friday Breakfast 2 strips turkey bacon 1 banana Lunch 1 cup sweet potato 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup fresh strawberries Supper: 1 cup black beans 1 cup rice 1/2 cup broccoli Snacks/Dessert *optional 1 low fat yogurt bar 1/2 cup fresh berries 1 mini cucumber
-drink a glass of water or cup of green tea before every meal -do not drink your calories: this means no pop or fruit juice -this is just a general guideline: you do not have to follow this every week, it is just an example of how to eat clean I hope this helped someone!!
