Recipe 3 cups of oats 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup pistachios Sunflower seeds Teaspoon salt Cinnamon 1/2 maple syrup 1/4 cup olive oil 1. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl 3. Spread evenly over a baking tray 4. Cook for 40 minutes and stir every 20 minutes
If you would like your granola to be sugar free then you can use this rice malt syrup instead of maple syrup which isn't as sweet but still quite tasty
