Healthy, Low Calorie Granola Bars!!
Ingredients 1/2 cup unsalted margarine 1 cup of rolled oats 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 3/4 cup of all purpose flour 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon of sweet n low 1/4 firmly packed light brown sugar 1/2 cup raisins
Directions Preheat oven to 375 Cream margarine, brown sugar and sweet n low. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add to brown sugar mixture. Press into a 9 in square baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 20-25 min.
