Delicious Homemade Almond Milk

Almond Milk
Quantity: 1 litre
1 cup soaked almonds
4 cups water
2 dates (or sweetener of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1. Soak almonds overnight
2. Add almonds and water to blender; blend until smooth
3. Add dates, vanilla, and salt; blend until mixed
Store in refrigerator, keeps fresh for 3-4 days
Hope you enjoy this delicious, healthy almond milk recipe. I think it tastes much better than store bought almond milk and it's quite easy to make. The dates add a nice touch of sweetness without the processed sugar.
