Delicious healthy dinner
spaghetti squash, garlic potatoes, and lemon chicken
1. Bake spaghetti squash, 400° for 15 -20 min, scraps them out. 2. Boil potatoes, strain,add milk,garlic powder, parsley, and oregano. 3. Chop chicken, and mince garlic, slice lemon and put in pan, in the oven 400° 15-20 min 4. add your own ingredients! make it yours! ENJOY!!
