Detox Water Recipe

Ingredients
-1 cucumber
-1 lemon
-1 lime
-mint leaves
-water
-pitcher
Amounts
For each gallon use half of the fruits and vegetables. Use as much mint as you would like.
What to do
1. Wash the lemon,lime,cucumber, and mint.
2. Peel the fruits and vegetables (optional I usually don't do this)
3. Cut up the lime,lemon, and cucumber
4. Put all of the fruits and vegetables in the pitcher( I recommend not to put a lot of lime it makes the drink very tart if you put too much. You also don't have o out lime in at all but it does add great flavor and great for cleaning out your system )
5. Add your water.
6. Put in the fridge and let chill. (You. An drink it warm but it taste better chilled)
7. Change the fruits and vegetables out after a couple of days (3-5).
