Try and always keep healthy snacks with you so you never use the excuse to get fast food because its the only food available!

Water, water, water! Drink a glass in the morning, before meals, just always have water with you!

If you do have to go out for lunch or dinner when ordering ask for a To-go box, just portion out your meal BEFORE you start eating and you won't be tempted to over eat- remember that it's all about portion size!

Make healthy nutritious meals and portion them into Tupperware, if you saw my fridge you'd die and go to Tupperware heaven, my roommate and I love to prep our meals to make it easier to bring to work and not be tempted by eating out, saving money and pounds!
