Easy Ham and Egg Breakfast Cups

Ingredients:
Cooking spray
12 slices of ham
12 eggs
Salt & pepper
Paprika (optional)
Green onion, chopped for garnish

1) Preheat oven to 375. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent cups from sticking. Then line each muffin tin with a slice of ham.

2) Crack an egg into each ham cup, and season with salt & pepper. (and paprika) Bake for 13 - 20 minutes, depending on how cooked you like your eggs.

Allow to cool for two to three minutes. Garnish with green onion and slowly remove from muffin tin with two spoons and enjoy!
