Easy Salted Caramel Popcorn

Popcorn
You can use microwaveable or you can pop your own. If popping your own, use about 1/2 cup of kernels. Spread popped popcorn onto a cookie sheet and make sure there's no more kernels (I didn't the first time and it wasn't fun)
Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup corn syrup
• 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
• 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
• 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
Put ingredients into saucepan for about 4 minutes or until it starts to a boil. Stir constantly. When boiling, take it off the burner and stir. Pour onto the popcorn and toss with fork until the popcorn is evenly coated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or eat it right away ( I like to eat it right away when it's warm and sticky😋)
