Tofu scrambles!
Tofu scrambles:
1 block tofu
Tumeric
Salt and pepper
Green pepper or red (optional)
Small onion (chopped)
First wrap tofu in paper towel to soak up moisture for about 30 min
Then take transfer tofu to a bowl and break apart with a spoon until it's in crumbles.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and sauté onions and green pepper while they are browning add tumeric salt and pepper to your tofu scramble (tumeric is what gives it it's yellow color)when the onions have sauted add scrambled until crispy. And that's it!

Pancakes!
Pancakes:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs baking powder
1 tbs oil (olive,coconut,etc)
1 tsp salt
Cinnamon (optional)
2 1/2 cups water or milk (almond,soy,etc)
If your crazy like me you add chocolate chips 😜
First,mix flour,sugar,baking powder,salt and cinnamon.then, add oil and water and mix until we'll combined(no flour clumps)
Spray or brush some cooking oil on your pan or gridle and heat.cook pancakes on one side and flip when you see holes on the edges!🍴

If your really short on time you'll love this➡️
Vegan British muffin
British muffin or English
Bacon (vegan) 🐷
Coconut buttery spread or vegan butter
Heat English or British muffin in toaster or oven
And cook "bacon" according to instructions (you can get vegan bacon almost everywhere you could also just make coconut bacon)
Anyways after bacon is done spread some coconut butter on your muffin and top with bacon close and eat done!😀
