One large bell pepper
Three stalks of celery
Water
You can also use beef broth but it has a lower calorie intake with water.
Spice to taste
Cook until cabbage is fully done
Eat this every day for a week.
On day one you eat the soup and spinach
On day two you eat the soup and apple
On day three you eat the soup and a banana
On day four you eat the soup and a small piece of chicken (grilled)
On day five you eat the soup and spinach and an apple
On day six you eat the soup and a small piece of chicken with beans or rice
On day seven just the soup
On day eight weigh in
The cabbage soup diet. It may not taste amazing but it works!
