The easiest way to measure portions is to eat out of a smaller plate or bowl. I use a dessert sized plate instead if a dinner sized plate. This helps me limit my portions but my plate still looks full so I don't feel like I am depriving myself. I lost 40 lbs just by eating smaller portions.
