Easy Ways To Start Eating Healthier And Start Getting Fit

If you try to replace your daily/weekly/monthly consumption with a less unhealthy substitute like juice or even better water then you're pretty much close. The first few days are difficult but it gets way easier each day. Count it by the day and you'll feel that it is worth it..because it is.

So chocolate has it's benefits but if you turn it into a "really deserved treat" from what it is then you eat a lot less chocolate unless you've earned it.

Don't stop eating junk food. Just stop eating it as often as you do. And If anything eat on a timetable...DOT STARVE YOURSELF. THAT'S THE WORST POSSIBLE MISTAKE!!!

The point is to have a bit of everything and not just pizza. (No pizza pic to avoid temptation) but you get my point. A little bit if everything never hurt everyone.

You could do exercise like yoga....it's much more chill than Pilates and is more of a mind exercise than anything but hey..it's nice and a wind down from Pilates.

Pilates. Same results In a shorter time than yoga but sometimes there's Pilates than yoga. It's hard work but it's worth it and you will love it once you get used.

Swimming is like amazing. Or works a lot of different muscles in your body without you consciously having to do anything but swim and not think about it. You could ask for targets like calories per session and that would encourage you.

Walking. Don't want to run or jog? Neither do I. Walk and not just to the bus stop or cab, go for a walk to the park and take the scenery in. Go with an apple. It's crunchy like crisps especially green apples. But it doesn't matter which.
