That dot represents the size of the real container so not very much but a little goes a long way. A warning if you do purchase this item: it uses an air pump (meaning there is no straw) so you must pump it 20-25 times before any product comes out.

I love the Shadow Lock primer. It makes colors that aren't pigmented well show up beautifully. The applicator wand is much like a lipgloss and I just put a quick swipe across my lid and blend. Inexpensive but great!
