Fall Asleep Faster !!

Everyone has trouble falling asleep sometimes but when you get hit with a fit of insomnia the night before a big meeting, game, etc. it's pretty inconvenient! Here are a couple tricks that can help when you need to fall asleep fast!

4-7-8 breaths are a simple way to calm yourself down when you can't sleep or are maybe nervous or anxious!
Breath in 4 seconds
Hold your breath for 7 seconds
Breath out 8 seconds
Breath in 4 seconds
Hold your breath for 7 seconds
Breath out 8 seconds

Another way that helps some people fall asleep is tensing every muscle in your body for 10 seconds and then you release and take a deep breath

If you can't sleep at night try drinking a tall glass of water! This way your hydrated for the night and it can help you calm down to get your beauty sleep! Drinking water before bed can also help you lose weight and get clearing skin so there's benefits all around!!

This ones pretty obvious but very tricky for most, myself included😉 If you're serious about getting some rest put your phone down! Being on your phone right before bed will make it way harder to fall asleep so try reading a book instead!!
