So basically you wet half of the towel.
So basically you wet half of the towel.
It's upside down but whatever. So you basically put the wet part of your towel onto your stomach. Leave it on until you feel that it isn't cold anymore

Once you feel that the towel got warm you take it off and put it in the dirty basket or something and when you lie down to sleep you'll feel relaxed. It may work for you it may not but it does work for me and if it didnt work for you im sorry.
