Flexibility Workouts + Top Tips! Get Stretchier Than Ever!

Here are some more simple flexibility tips from my own experience to accompany with these fantastic workouts! You'll be getting your splits in no time!
-After a warm bath/shower, stretch! This way you are more relaxed, and so are your muscles!
-Go as far into your splits as you can, going into them with a lunge and hold it for 30 seconds. Do this everyday for the best results possible!
-Come up with a routine; the two previously shown workouts are great ones to follow from experience, do this daily or as much as you can too!
-Before stretching, warm up; a great way to do this is by running!
