Here are some more simple flexibility tips from my own experience to accompany with these fantastic workouts! You'll be getting your splits in no time! -After a warm bath/shower, stretch! This way you are more relaxed, and so are your muscles! -Go as far into your splits as you can, going into them with a lunge and hold it for 30 seconds. Do this everyday for the best results possible! -Come up with a routine; the two previously shown workouts are great ones to follow from experience, do this daily or as much as you can too! -Before stretching, warm up; a great way to do this is by running!
