For this treatment you will need the follow (;

Honey
Nutmeg
And cinnamon

Mix until it's a paste

Apply all over your face. Test your skin first to see if your skin is sensitive

This is a good facial mask for acne-prone skin. I used it when I had a breakout and it really helped calming the skin and reducing the appearance of spots. The drawback is the removal of the paste: it is super sticky and rough. While some like the idea of strong exfoliating effect, Avoid that.
