Good Way To Lose 5pnds In A Week

First, veto the sugary sweet fattening stuff, that's sodas (even if the diet kind) sugary pastries, salty munchies and fast food.

Second, we replace it with the whole things, crunchy veggies and yummy fruits that WILL fill you up!

Limit yourself to your three meals a day, if you ever get hungry, things like strawberries and smoothies are a great little snack

LOTS OF WATER!! It'll help flush out the bad stuff and hydrate your body for a better glow

Running once or twice a week builds the cardio, not to mention it does wonders on the legs and butt, plus flattens the belly!

Squats will help you firm your butt and legs!
