Hold side plank for 45 seconds each side

To make it more challenging try holding your leg up for 3 seconds on each rep

50 bicycles
Count each leg.

Opposite arm and leg are raised and lowered slowly.

50 Russian twists. Touch the ground on each side. Count every left side.
